Volantis Mercat brings together over 15 years of international trade experience with more than 25 years of confectionery manufacturing expertise.
Our foundation comes from a deep understanding of both manufacturing and international commerce — from developing and producing products to sourcing, quality, packaging, logistics and delivering to markets around the world.
Founded by Sohail Dewjee, Pratik Harchandani and Ramesh Harchandani, Volantis Mercat was established with a clear vision: to create a focused international trading company built around products we understand, markets we know and relationships we value.
Today, we focus on three core verticals:

His focus is on building international relationships, developing markets and creating long-term trade opportunities.
PRATIK HARCHANDANI
Co-Founder & Director
Pratik brings extensive experience in confectionery manufacturing and product development, with a strong understanding of production, quality, packaging and consumer products.
His manufacturing expertise forms an important part of Volantis Mercat’s confectionery capabilities.
RAMESH HARCHANDANI
Co-Founder & Director
With more than 25 years of experience in confectionery manufacturing, Ramesh brings deep industry knowledge spanning production, product quality, manufacturing operations and product development.
His experience provides Volantis Mercat with a strong manufacturing foundation and a practical understanding of what it takes to produce products consistently for demanding markets.
